Hi!

I discovered this morning that Quickbooks offers a free version for download. It doesn't have all the "bells & whistles", but it's a great starting place, and tracks invoices, checks, etc. Go to the link below and check out the "guided tour".

Thanks for the QuickBooks tip, Joyce.

I upgraded our QuickBooks on the advice of our CPA this week. QuickBooks is also on sale at both Office Depot and Costco for $50 off the Pro version ($150) and $150 off the Premier version ($250).

I considered using QuickBooks Online - their web-based application, but the CPA said it's a bit more limited with reporting and a few other features.

If you're not using billing software, I think QuickBooks free version is the perfect way to get your feet wet. :)
