There are hell lot of online companies that provide link exchange facilities.. But which service can actually provide you that high ranking or popularity on Google?
I too was on a look out for link exchange ans someone suggested LinksBuilder to me. I am glad that I did exchange link with them because I am enjoying a good ranking for my webpages.
I bet you would no longer have to move to any other service provider.
Trust Me..

I am skeptical by nature, so I took a further look into this.

I would recommend avoiding this. I don't think "Evie" is a real person. Pretty sure the image is a stock image. Clicked on her name, she is a member of an Orlando web design group, and other groups all over. Check the Discussion board on the orland group and "she" posted this exact same message with a link to that link building website.

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. (For me, "free, one way links, from high ranking websites" falls into this category.

I will be creating a new post on my blog about this one - another scam that ulitmately ends up hurting small business owners.

Regards,
Chad

I'm with you chad. Paid links are a big "no-no" in Google's eyes. Better to work on "natural" links through inbound marketing efforts than buying links or paying for link exchanges.

Sorry Evie Avatar - I'll pass.
