Kelsey, I'm really sorry I never got back to you. For some reason I never got the notification about this "shout", and I've been really bad about keeping tabs on the meetup site.
For coding in the future, you might try w3-markup.com -- I just put in a project with them--they handle all html/css and javascript/ajax
/etc, all from the PSD mockups you provide (with notes of course). This is my first project using them, so I'll let you know how it goes.
