Great info! Very complex topic and James had a wealth of knowledge to share.

Very useful, very informative. James Zindell of Avalara overcame a lack of support for his laptop projection presentation and talked for an hour and half from his experience with Avalara and its products for e-commerce. Details about the incredible complexity of sales tax and how they handle it with their cloud based system was good. He gave us the ability to talk with a client about tax issues for sites we might develop and understanding of how we might partner with Avalara or another service of this type.

One of the best ever! Though the speaker could not be with us we managed to make this an awesome meeting by being forthcoming with some business challenges and ask others how they handled similar situations. Lots of great feedback across the board and some great resources. Thanks Eric!

It seems a little strange to rate a Meetup 5 stars when the speaker had to stay home due to illness! Still, everybody there was able to add to an adhoc discussion that centered around the topic of how to market and price your services. Add to that some great digression and you have had a great Meetup where we probably all learned something and everyone got to know one another quite a bit better. Thank you serendipity!
