Just how do you identify WHO your ideal client is?

What could this possibly have to do with HOW you spend your time and money?

Spend an evening with:

Heidi Smith: “Your Personal Buzz Generator”
Finding YOUR answers to these questions!

Heidi has a dedicated background working with thousands of people in a variety of settings
Most notably in the following areas:

  • Attended Nursing School and graduated to work as Registered Psychiatric Nurse in B.C. Canada, worked in a facility similar to Western State followed by working in the very first “Mental Health Forensics Unit” in North America in a maximum security Federal Penitentiary system in Abbotsford, BC
  • Changed Careers and worked as Canadian Customs Inspector on the Vancouver waterfront, Railroads and Vancouver International Airport
  • Immigrated to the USA, marrying Jim Smith and becoming a business owner in Jim Smith School Pictures for a number of years
  • Later spent several years as a Chamber of Commerce Membership Director for the Chamber of Eastern Pierce County (now the Puyallup/Sumner Chamber)
  • Opened her freelance Public Relations Business in April of 2011 specializing in start-up and small businesses calling the business “Savvy Results

Heidi has a unique talent of being able to identify mutually beneficial partnerships for diverse businesses and was recognized for this while at the Chamber of Commerce.
While at the Chamber Heidi discovered that the local economy had little to offer small business owners tools in marketing and Public Relations. There existed a number of resources offering help with business structure yet almost nothing in how to get a customer to walk through their doors.

Some of her Savvy Results successes include working with NETvrything, DL Anderson Insurance Agency, Ricky J’s Sport Bar, Paws-abilities, Pierce County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Imprints by Arturo, Grazing in Graham, and D&M Specialty Woodworks, Inc.

Given that I'm a bit prejudiced toward the presenter ;-), I found the interaction and open exchange between everyone there was instructive and beneficial.

Interesting and useful, thanks. Gave me a lot of ideas to work on.

Good presentation Heidi - It was really helpful ot talk not only about your ideal client but what to do about that potential client that you're just not sure about...you had some great ideas for dealing not only with red flags, but also what to do when you're just not sure whether to move ahead with someone or to decline to do business with them.
