Anyone interested in web design or development can attend: whether you're a website owner, a full or part-time designer or developer, or a student.

We're meeting at the Pierce County Library again since they have a large meeting room and free wireless access. Please RSVP if you plan to attend.

For our Holiday episode of the Web Design Meetup, we thought we'd keep it light and fun.

Here's what we're planning and asking of folks who are coming:

• First, what are holidays without enormous amounts of fattening sugar-laden food? I'll bring cookies (or similar treat) and milk. If you'd like to bring something, I'm sure your fellow web devs will appreciate it. My suggestion is to post a comment on the Dec Meetup page indicating what you intend to bring. (Please don't feel like you have to bring anything except yourself).
  
• I'd like everyone to think about some of the topics that you'd like us to discuss in the coming year. We've had great suggestions at the meetings, but I'd like to get a list down and make some plans (maybe even delegate a bit) so we can have agendas posted a few months ahead of time. I'd suggest your top 5 to 10 things you'd like to see covered.
  
• Finally, bring a 'Top Ten of 2008' list. Like a year in review, I'd love to hear your top ten list - you decide the subject. Some ideas: top ten tools I used for web design/dev, top ten sites I use, favorite social networking sites, pet peeves on the web, examples of good design, etc . . .
  

So, please join us. I think it will be a fun meeting with a good deal of laughs.

I'll bring a laptop and we'll have a projector (thanks to Sean B.) in case you'd like to demo things on the web.
